This article will reveal to you how to lose weight fast in a few easy to follow steps. The steps include reducing your calorie intake, making a plan and showing some portion control. They do sound kind of boring and not fun but trust me if you follow these steps you can’t fail.
Step One: Figure out how many calories per day you are currently eating and or drinking. Just do a quick brainstorm and figure out what you eat on a regular basis. Please be honest with yourself on this step because honesty will help you shed those pounds much faster.
Step Two: Now lets take a look at the list you wrote up in step one and figure out what you can take out of you daily calorie intake. Start with the fattiest foods then work you way down.
Step Three: Take the fatty foods that you have been eating or drinking and substitute them with a healthy alternative. So instead of eating a cheeseburger from some fast food place make your self a ham sandwich or a salad for lunch.
Step Four: Plan you attack. The day before write out an action plan on what you are going to eat that day. By the way if for what ever reason you are able to follow your plan to a tee don’t get down on yourself. Just make a resolve to start the next day with a plan and stick to it. Because we all know that life happens and sometimes you just can’t stick to a diet.
Step Five: This is a big one. You absolutely must watch you portion control. If you can cut back on the portion size you normally eat to half you will be well on your way to losing weight fast.
The steps listed above are easy to follow steps. They might be hard to implement but they are easy to follow. The most important aspect of losing weight is the mental challenge. If you can plan your meals out ahead of time and wake up that day knowing exactly what you are going to eat and how much more healthy it is going to make you then you will be able to get over any mental road block in your way. Stick with it and you will enjoy life with more energy and a brighter outlook.
