While you may think there is no way that a marriage can be made better especially when one of the people has no desire to work things out or even worse wants to see the marriage come to an end, it really is not as crazy as it may seem.
Why do you think this is? You need to consider even if only one person is working on ways to save a marriage that person is one half of this couple. That is fifty percent. In other words you have a much of a vote as your wife or husband.
Also there is a good chance that the other spouse is caught up in a wide range of emotions. They may not be sure that ending the marriage is the right thing to do or not and will not do anything as a result while the spouse trying to make it work will do everything in their power to win back their loved one.
If that’s not enough of an advantage, history is always on the side of the spouse trying to make things right. Whether it is years, months, or a matter of weeks, the important thing is that the couple has shared moments of happiness and passion together.
The odds are probably not nearly as bad as you may think no matter what everyone else would like you to believe.
Whichever scenario presents itself; there will always be ways to repair a marriage in trouble. Whether the marriage is merely going through a rough patch or it’s teetering on the brink of divorce, there is hope as long as just half the couple has the resolve to fix what needs fixing.
One example would be if your spouse does not want to work on things and shies away from things that would help your marriage then you should still keep on pushing forward toward your goal. Or if your other half is slightly open to making some changes for the better then all you would have to do is suggest and try to influence them.
There is no shortage of means to incorporate the many ways to save a marriage, even with only one spouse acting on it. There is, however, one catch: the spouse who wants to fix the marriage must know how to go about it the right way. This is where the need for reinforcements comes into play.
