Some companies arrange for towing even if the donor is in another state. The title to the car is required when donating but if it is not available, the company again makes some arrangement for this. Companies also help in estimating the value of the car after all the necessary information is furnished to them regarding the condition, make, and mileage of the car.

Some car donation services will tow your car irrespective of its condition. This might be useful if it has not run since years or if you are not willing to invest more money to repair your car. You would also like to look at the charities the car donation service works with. You might choose a specific charity because it is in your town and would feel a sense or accomplishment when you would see the good work.
